Been coming to @TheChristieNHS Manchester just about every day for 3 weeks to see my mum. Not an easy time but it really helps knowing that the staff are so uniformly kind, warm & respectful. When we aren’t there we know she’s in safe & friendly hands. It means an awful lot x

Been watching #Glastonbury2025 . Weird how so many strong ‘ powerful women are wearing very sexualised / body-revealing clothing while barely any men are. Are the men not ‘strong’? . If they are, why don’t they show their bodies more? . Any ideas?.

This insane waste of money has got to be stopped @wesstreeting. I have desperate constituents waiting for vital treatment and surgery in under-staffed, ill-equipped buildings unfit for purpose.

I really hope, for reasons that don’t need explaining, that @CentreMalePsych have a non-circular, sex-based, definition of ‘male’ that doesn’t include females who ‘identify’ as males. If they don’t, what’s the point of their existence, from a rational perspective? Let’s see….
With less than 20% of clinical psychologists being male & fewer men than women seeking therapy, you would think male trainee psychologists would be welcomed & their insights valued. Hardly, according to this disturbing first-hand account by a male trainee.
