Some single-sex spaces and services are valid, useful, meaningful and sometimes *utterly vital*. For women AND men, in differing ways. Not always and everywhere but sometimes and in some places. My work is for boys & young men. Unapologetically. Enthusiastically. Resolutely.
Nothing is stopping someone from creating “Anyone Shed’s” in addition to Men’s Shed’s. That way, everyone is including in the options available to them. Men, fight for your single sex spaces. Maybe they’ll listen to you…

If a boy is dancing then he’s a boy who is dancing - or one could say he’s #dancinglikeaboy (but only *THAT* boy, ultimately . So much overlap between ‘Gender Conservatives’ and ‘Gender Identity’ zealots. They both believe that matter and culture exist symbiotically.

Making kids call teachers either ‘sir’ or ‘miss’ is a relic of hierarchical sexism. I also think ‘Mx’ is bullshit. We can improve the former without heading into the clown’s portakabin of the latter, @bphillipsonMP . Maybe ‘Teacher + Sur/name’?.
