1. You could remove all doors of the property.
2. You could have cousins from back home come squat with the tenant.
3. You could deactivate remotes and have the gate dial you rather.
I won’t play dat game
The SA law protects tenants more than landlords.
Best advice when it comes to a rental, get an agency to deal with the tenant for all issues.
