I decided to start writing down my known blind spots to be mindful and track progress over time. Well I accidently typed "bling spots", and now I have a second list to remind myself of the things I do well ✌️.

I was just telling my dog during our walk how cool the moon looked and how we never take the time to appreciate these things anymore. Her lack of response gave me more time to reflect.
I think this generation would be a lot better off if every so often, phones were put down and people went outside and felt grass and looked at the sky. Maybe eat some ice cream.
