Re locally advanced rectal cancer see below …….“chemotherapy alone was associated with reduced risk of anastomotic leak, diverting ostomy use & nonreversal.” Is this also true for TNT? Although general lack of inclusion of surgical outcomes in “cancer” studies is a major flaw.
