Our new paper is out:.Tumors don’t just reprogram monocytes locally. We show in a mouse model that the systemic impact of a tumor can alter the epigenome of peripheral monocytes, repressing IFN-responsive genomic sites and priming pro-tumor gene programs.

Excited to share our work with @HalaszLaszlo, now on bioRxiv, on how the systemic effect of a tumor can remodel the epigenomic landscape in peripheral monocytes and shape how they respond to the tumor microenvironment.
