i would submit that argument applies to why the US is not successful in the middle east.. religion/ethnic backgrounds supersede "the nation", suni/shia/kurd/whatever.. forcing western style democracy on countries that dont want it has cost alot of American lives

thats an incorrect interpretation..its not a kill radius.. its an "effects on target" radius.. 155mm is about 50m max.. effects can be actual kills, concussions, flesh wounds, or lost the will to continue. ground impact from PD fuse absorbs alot of the blast so 50m reduces to 25m

accuracy is measured in CEP (ie meters from target)

2- note for reference how close the truck is to the gun and that ammo was not strewn around the firing point, ie prepping it in the truck. this crew had the task to fire and then displace vs other vids where the truck is out of frame and ammo is laying around in the bushes

are you able to describe what is involved in "uninstalling" the depleted uranium armor from the M1A1's that Ukraine will be getting? how long it takes and whats involved (i dont know) . many incorrectly believe Ukraine will receive the standard M1A1 that U.S. forces used

also the number of squares denotes the weight as compared to the standard for that type round. the 155mm M107 HE round standard weight is 95 lbs thus 3 squares.variations in manufacturing / suppliers might cause round to be +/- ... each square is 1.5lbs ..ie a 4 square is 96.5lbs

useless skill ... now try shooting it at incoming infantry and hitting what your aiming at,at 100meters with iron sites without holding the AK over your head spraying an entire 30round magazine hoping to hit something.

heavily edited clip..i see poor gunnery from that tank, missing 100meter shots, skipped one at :10.. at 1:17 i see an ineffective artillery salvo, impacts behind the column. i dont see a retreat.. i see the column having moved past the "ambush", hence drone watching from distance

1- your numbers are off and need clarification.. its not how many rounds are fired, its what is the charge.. based on EFC's (equavalent full charge) .. the max charge (M203 red bag) is 1.0 EFC .. a small charge like 1-5 Green Bag about .25.. so four GB charges = one max charge

Soldiering 101 when receiving indirect fire... get prone and stay there until artillery ceases.. not kneeling, not filming for youtube... and put your fracking helmets on. that impact at 1:11 was right across the street

They will get faster with experience and pick up 5 seconds here and there by changing the crew drill... compare to this Marine Corp crew shooting about every 15 seconds +/-

3- Pro Tip - that tripod thing is an Aiming Circle,used to "lay" the gun along an Azimuth of Fire using some geometry. likely using the "magnetic" method to determine direction.
you save time by just "locking" the needle and leaving the head attached to tripod for next position

gun jammed after shot into the ceiling (because hes never cleaned it and its probably not his) .. that was the opening to draw down on him. should take even an average shooter about 1-2 seconds to pull from concealed carry
always aim for the head.
