Someone called in a complaint on a black 13 year old boy, Jaequan Faulkner, who opened a hot dog stand to pay for his school clothes. The city of Minneapolis didn't shut him down. They helped him get a permit and got him more business. ✊🏾✊🏿 WE NEED MORE OF THIS RETWEET!
