LOL. Looking like our target market already is the reason we bought, ie, ourselves: live in a remote area, wanted CBD life for the direct contrast, have a little dog which apartments won't allow, thus need to be freehold, (and hate paying body corp fees). By the way, private.
Just in case anyone is looking for a lovely little freehold city pad right in the Christchurch CBD. Walking distance to all major attractions here, plus restaurants and cafes (8 minute walk to Hagley Park). We don't haggle: just state the price needed for us to walk away. Can't.
