We designed a robot to collect CO2RR rate data over a wide range of conditions (30+). Results suggest complex electrocatalytic phenomena like coverage effects & mixed control are prevalent even amongst well-known immobilized metal tetrapyrrole catalysts π

And a special thank you to @emmaelectron and Spencer Delgado for seeing this work across the finish line!.A very fascinating study to cut one's Echem Teeth on π.
Can thermocatalysts be adapted to impart electrochemical reactivity? @js_zeng electrified thermochemical hydroformylation (HFN) catalysts to develop an electro-HFN system for industrial decarbonization, opening the design space for electrocatalysts.

It was a pleasure to write a News&Views article on Fu et al.'s recent @NatureMaterials paper! . Inspired by Ca-batteries, they demonstrated Echem N2 reduction using Ca instead of Li, opening exciting possibilities in this space! Congrats to the authors π₯³.
