I was asking an employee at Lowes questions about their installers and the guy asked me if I already picked the sink I want. I told him yes and the brand, and he said "good girl". He didn't catch my look of disgust, unfortunately.

I know my therapist isn't bullshitting me about my ex and all his red flags by just telling me what I want to hear because she told me we need to discover and work on my red flags as well. "We all have some," she says. I'm all for accountability and growth.

My mom did more cleaning out of her pantry and was prepared to give me more alcohol she didn't want. Historically, I happily take it. Much to her surprising disappointment, I turned it down. as well as the wine at dinner. I'm going to be healthier one small decision at a time.
