Having said that, the dynamics within institutions ARE significant, @UKLabour Party should do some soul searching about how and why, in the 124 years since it was founded, it has only ever had a white man at the helm, as elected leader. 3/3.

All I want for Christmas is for this Government AND the Opposition to stop stringing us all along with half measures and commit to properly investing in childcare and early years education - kids would benefit, parents would benefit, our entire economy and society would benefit.
