So sorry this has happened again! Thank you for publicising it both here and on @BBCr4today. Help to get off when you arrive (with no wait!) is the minimum standard you’d expect! Trains should be accessible so you can just get on and off. Shocking discrimination!.
At 22.17 (train got in at 22.02) I decided to crawl off. Had to move all my stuff onto the platform. Member of cleaning staff offered to help. They’re not insured.
