Case of the year! 😀 Mixed MR, secondary due to ischemic CMP and mild rheumatic disease. Small MVA (2.7cm2) but with low MeanPG (1.8mmHg). Multiple pulmonary edemas and NT-proBNP 40.000pg/ml! 1 PASCAL P10 implanted in A2P2 scallop with great reduction of MR and MeanPG=4.4mmHg🙏
