Last day for carb loading @MacmyCheeseFest! I tried out two - brisket from Smokin’ and jerk chicken from Fitz’s. While the brisket was decent, the cheese sauce was too thin and barely there. Fitz’s jerk chicken was plentiful and hotter than I expected, and the Mac was spot on!
