If I had a megaphone, I'd stand on Snaefell and pronounce the limitless opportunities in the community nursing space for the newly qualified RN.. we don't graze along the pasture! We grow, we evolve, we adapt, we nurture, we collaborate and coordinate. 📣👩⚕️🌱 #districtnursing
So sad to hear that student nurses are still be told in the acute sector that to work in the community is to deskill. This proves otherwise. It’s not de-skilling it’s re-skilling. Let’s bust that myth. @Worksopnurses @TowneClaire @NottsHealthcare

We really must train ourselves to switch off from work, tasks, pressures. No one is going to make the time for us so we must make that time for ourselves… …to do things that bring us joy, to be present, to relax, to let ourselves be looked after for a change… Switch off 💡
