SES-CD ≥ 7 predicts disease progression in mild CD. A score ≤ 6 may help identify patients less likely to progress and be part of the definition of mild CD.

Proud to be one of four providers at the @MSHS_IBDCenter who received the Cullman Family Award for being in the top 5% nationwide in communicating to patients. This was awarded to 89 providers across all of Mt Sinai, and 4% of awardees are IBD providers!! We love our patients!
