Even tho Hunter has had a drug and alcohol problem, he admits it, he still makes more sense than all the drug crazed politicians we have to listen to and read about on daily basis. Plus their deranged and drug addled offspring like Don Jr. really people?

Black & Indigenous people in this country never had the option to give up. Otherwise we would not be here. People who’ve never had to face systematic genocide giving up at the slightest inconvenience shows the population at large is not ready for liberation.

Simone Biles is not a generational talent. She's so good that they had to create a new difficulty level to score her. She has multiple moves named after her. She's not a generational talent. She's the best to have ever existed. And we're all blessed to be able to witness it.

I’m gonna say this now. Black Women (no matter your stance), the type of disrespect we are about to witness MAY chip away at your spirit. Our “value” will definitely be the topic of every discussion. Please take care of yourself.

This would be the result in schools in Canada too. It is embedded & unexamined anti-Black racism in education and society. That is why antiracist, decolonizing education is necessary for teachers and school leaders.
Y'all check this out. According to this study, teachers asked to spot the "troublemaker" in class overwhelming chose the Black male child, even though that child behaved the same as the other children in the study. The deck is stacked against Black boys almost from birth.

We lost a real one. My brother Jay Williams put his insides on the line every single time he showed up to work. He was special and we were all better because of him. @tdsb we need to honour his legacy.

@Phil_Lewis_ I knew this was coming. He should've become the host as soon as Trevor left and everyone knows it.

i haven't really got a coherent take on this but something doesn't sit right with me that raymond moriyama was interned by the federal government during his childhood and now in his 90s the provincial government is gonna knock down his first and widely celebrated project.

Let’s hold her accountable & respectfully disagree with her. Audre Lorde said, “It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences.” I would add deliberate & resolve to the list because differences are challenging.

Let’s not allow anyone to disrespectfully use her last name in slogans & headlines. “Stop Chow Now” made me cringe every single time I heard it. It’s low key, basic as hell, anti-Asian discrimination. Put some respect on her beautiful Chinese name.
