FANZA goes to the Palace! Our trustees were out in force at Buckingham Palace yesterday as King Charles and other members of the #royal family welcomed invitees at the first garden party of the season. A beautiful spring day with the gardens in spectacular bloom šŸŒžšŸŒø

In other news? In nursing- the higher bands is dependant on the colour of your skin I would encourage all leaders to correct that. Not talk- but do. Cos that bottle neck at Band 5- coupled with little progression upwards? Is called…Racism Data source: @WRES_team
