Brilliant recapture of a bird ringed recently at Lytchett Bay. Not all birds are heading south at this time of year.
North Wiltshire Ringing Group ringing control: Sedge Warbler ringed at Lytchett Bay, Poole Harbour, Dorset on the 6th August 2025. Controlled by us on Salisbury Plain on the 10th August 2025. 4 days since ringed, 56 km northerly movement #birdringing
