These past few days, it was all hands on deck getting these beautiful individuals of Himanthalia elongata collected from shores in NW Iberia and transplanted some hundreds of km south to locations where they existed until quite recently. More below...

In the afternoon, at the Marine Biology and Ecology class at ⁦@ICBAS_UPorto⁩, we had great fun exploring how the heart beat of limpets and mussels varies with different environmental conditions. The students were quite engaged 👍
