The Pet Abduction Bill contains a provision which should be (but isn't) described as "cat grooming." It will be committed by "inducing" a cat to leave the lawful control of its owner.

I did a school visit last week to a secondary school in London. When I asked if anyone knew of any British Chinese childrenâs authors one pupil (out of 190 kids) put his hand up and said âWangy Wang Wangâ and I calmly said that wasnât a childrenâs author. Then he repeated it.
