To think that earlier in March this year, we were celebrating delivering items worth a billion Naira since inception.

We also crossed 1k deliveries in Ibadan in a day - the fastest growth we've seen in a new city.
During our lunch peak period, we were delivering 19 orders per minute, the highest we have ever had.

Q1 was massive for us

Rain delivery is crazy & has wild compounding effects. Cold riders, spoilt phones(resulting in break in communication), bike issues and customers not coming out. Supply becomes small, demand is massive because everyone is indoors - Classic marketplace problem.

We struggled with average delivery time of 36.7 minutes within Ikeja in the first two weeks of our beta.
After some optimizations, our average is now 28.6minutes.

John has a raw talent for figuring out the most complex operational issues. He started evening deliveries in Chowdeck and drove it largely(Yh, we now deliver up until 10pm). I mentioned it as a wish and he doubled down on it setting the rules and driving it. 2/3
