struggled massively with ops when our numbers grew fast in January and everyone was scared. I took a big gamble by bringing in one of our most Senior riders in as a rider operations associate. We got John Ayaka a MacBook and onboarded him to the core system. 1/3
John has a raw talent for figuring out the most complex operational issues. He started evening deliveries in Chowdeck and drove it largely(Yh, we now deliver up until 10pm). I mentioned it as a wish and he doubled down on it setting the rules and driving it. 2/3
I genuinely love having conversations with him because he is a detailed guy. Heโs a key part of our operations team and frankly, we would have suffered massively without him coming in when he came! Thank you John! I am super proud of how far you have come! TheEnd!
