"We" have to figure it out? Collectivism is what brought us seed oils. People who tawk brought us seed oils. Non-serious engineers brought us seed oils. Only serious engineers, capable of combining analytical thought with a love for solving problems FOR HUMANS, can fix this
Restaurants report food fried in tallow tastes better and that they would not consider returning to seed oils. Tallow is also far better for health, because it does not oxidize or cause cancer. Now we have to figure out how to make this sustainable.

A lot of people have been asking why we haven't started taking orders yet now that batch 1 is finished. We have the test data on the coconut oil and the macadamia oil so it's basic arithmetic to know blend, but we like to be thorough: only dropping once the blend is tested too!
