Following on from speaking with Former Everton Winger Dave Thomas and how inspirational he was, I couldn’t resist talking to his partner during his Everton career, the one and only Big Bob...

😡 "Now the big teams are the victims of big decisions... Make your narrative up!" 🤦♂️ "They go buy the best two players in the division and still complain about adversity!" Simon Jordan goes in on Rodri and Guardiola at #MCFC for moaning about officials & anti-City bias! 😤

#OnThisDay 1990 Dan Gosling was born. Played 37 games with 6 goals. In 2009 he got on the end of a Shandy Andy Van Der Meyde cross to score in extra time for Everton to win 1-0 in 4th round FA Cup replay at Goodison Park. #FACup #EFC #UTFT

Genuinely cannot believe Jordan Young is still playing sixth-tier football… 20 G/As so far this season in just 27 league appearances for Torquay United. Has NL experience with Yeovil. Think he'd be a brilliant pick up. #TUFC🟡

This is a Manager that does not rant about referees. In my era he would pick the phone up and we would have a grown up conversation. Referees must be sympathetic to the game. Yellow carding a manager for celebrating in 90+7 an equalising goal is ridiculous Kavanagh/Robinson?
David Moyes: 🗣️”Imagine getting booked for celebrating… fucking sad, you know what I mean?” The games gone when you cannot celebrate a last minute equaliser/winner imo Thoughts 💭 https://t.co/y9KCozxeEi

Hornchurch 1-2 Gulls. United turned it on and played a superb 2nd half in front of a record Hornchurch league crowd of over 1500. Nearly 300 from Torquay. Jordan Young man. What a guy. +3pts Top of the league. Feels like a statement win that does. GET IN THERE! #TUFC

When VAR was first mooted, all fans thought it would be for when that forward was two yards offside. Or when that defender punched the ball off the line. Not for this computer dominated, mathematical, slide rule, new rules bureaucracy. Football got hijacked by office workers.

Everton faced Crystal Palace in the FA Youth Cup final of 1977 with the first leg played at Goodison Park 🔵⚽️ Mark Higgins and Joe McBride played while future Blue Kenny Sansom appeared for the Eagles. The attendance was just under 4,500 and the game ended goalless.

For over 100 years this was onside. In every division in England except the PL benefit of the doubt is given to the attacker What a joke VAR has made the sport

As a Brighton fan I was gutted, but booking Moyes for celebrating a 96th minute goal was pathetic. Football is often miserable, usually (especially this season) tedious, but occasionally memorable, and you should be able to go bananas in those special moments.

'Boring football, won't trust youngsters' - exact echo of what West Ham fans said about Moyes. He left them 9th, now they're probably going down. Everton are also 9th, twice as far from the bottom 3 as they are from the top 4, after repeated relegation battles. Moyes out!??? FFS!
