I live in London and have done most of my life. This just isn't true.

A 51-year-old man has received a five-year banning order from attending football matches. The perpertrator used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in an incident following the Potters’ match against Birmingham City in September.

@MrProcter @FansAgainstVAR_ @LeRalph6 I saw Dermot Gallagher on Sky discussing Liverpool ‘goal’* - his conclusion, it’s subjective, grey and can’t be black and white. EXACTLY - which is why VAR is an unnecessary evil - it gives nothing and takes the joy from the game. *I thought right to disallow, a case in point.

@Forza_villatoro @FansAgainstVAR_ @LeRalph6 The joy of the game is that every goal is unique, so when the net bulges, it creates an unpredicted moment of joy, which is what scientists say is the essence of happiness. VAR has removed that moment from existing. We thought VAR'd be only for the howlers & feared this creep.
