Stay at home. Protect the NHS. Save lives ❤️.
From everyone at Linthorpe Community Primary School.
Y6 learned about the amazing
@henryfraser0
and how to persevere when things get challenging. The children felt frustrated, exhausted but also inspired, showing empathy and understanding
The children of Linthorpe Community Primary School have created a Linthorpe Weeping Window to mark the centenary of the armistice ending World War One.
Lest we forget.
Our teachers have been getting creative, turning ordinary chairs into these, and passing on our passion for reading. Each chair represents a different book- aren’t they fabulous?

On thank a teacher day, I would personally like to thank all the teachers at LCPS who have worked tirelessly during lockdown to support our children and families. You are an amazing team and I am endlessly grateful for your efforts. Mrs Lymer ❤️
All the children took part in our Rudolph run in support of
@TeessideHospice
. We put our best hoof forward singing and laughing all the way! Even Santa took time out of his busy schedule to join us!🎅🏻
Thank you for all your sponsorship money. We have raised over £2000.
A huge well done to our swashbuckling cast of 'Pirates of the Curry Bean' for their outstanding performance last night. We are very proud of everyone who took part. You are all

superstars! ☠️⭐
Y6 learning about overcoming adversity by studying Kahlo and
@henryfraser0
The children identified many of our MAGICAL habits shown by both of them: grit, motivation, ambition, independence and attitude. Painting was 'frustrating', but we wouldn't give up.
Today we said a very special thank you to our amazing support staff and celebrated the wonderful contribution they make to our lovely school. Linthorpe Primary simply would not be the same without you!

A massive thanks to our amazing parents and carers for being supportive in finding ways to keep their children safe at home. You really are helping to minimise the possible spread of the virus. Thank you so so much, Mrs Lymer x
Congratulations to our Y6 pupils on their graduation ceremony this afternoon. You made us laugh and cry with your memories and beautiful singing. Thank you to all of our Linthorpe families who came to celebrate with these amazing children. 🎓✨
The Year Ones had a magical afternoon at their Christmas market (with special guests, Year 6 helpers, face painting and lots of cakes and decorations to sell!) They loved making their crafts and treats this week - and loved eating them even more!🎅🎄❄️🧁
Today was a great day! In their first competition since pre-Covid, our year 5/6 girls won the 2021 Middlesbrough Primary Schools Football Trophy! We played against some great teams, winning the final on penalties. A big well done to all of the girls!

Thank you to our visitors for showing us all of the different sirens on the fire engine. The reception children (and teachers) were all so excited to see just how loud they were!
Little Learners favourite story this year has been 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt.' We have got them all their own copy as their end of year gift.
@MichaelRosenYes
We are so overwhelmed by the generosity of our LCPS community. Look at this amazing display of donations for
@TrussellTrust
as part of our Harvest event. Thank you so much to our wonderful families - your contribution will make such a difference to others in the community.
Y6 visited the war memorial
@AcklamGrange
and placed our poppies. The children said they felt 'proud to be given the chance to be involved', 'honoured', and 'grateful for their sacrifice'. It was 'overwhelming' and 'amazing'.
A successful start to
@RealRobinwood
for 2022! A fantastic journey down. Mr Snaith’s group have enjoyed the Dungeon, The Giant Swing and The Crate Challenge so far! All of our children are already showing their amazing MAGICAL habits and are pushing themselves in their challenges
To mark 11th November, each child throughout school created their own poppy. When combined, the poppies formed silhouettes of remembrance and hope.
We will remember them.
Happy Easter Weekend to you all! We hope you are safe and well ❤️. If any of you are baking Easter goodies over the next few days, we'd love to see photos of your amazing creations in the replies to this tweet. 🐇🐣🍰 Have fun! Stay safe, everyone.

We would like to say how proud we are of our Y6 children who challenged themselves, faced their fears, looked after each other and blossomed at PGL this week. All of your teachers who spent the week with you think you were MAGICAL Linthorpe stars! 🌟🌟🌟
Goodbye and good luck to our Year 6s who left Linthorpe today. Have a wonderful summer before the next exciting chapter in your lives. You've been amazing! 👍😎🌟
