Some kids should not be transitioned - the most vulnerable are “pushed off the cliff” because adult providers don’t know how to care for these youth. They deserve better! @SickKidsNews @ronald_cohn @JILLSLASTWORD @MTaylorNDP @RobinMartinPC @NightShiftMD @LinLi_RN @Thomsod
