@sonodoc99 You don’t understand. MDs are employees yet are not payed hourly but on production. Yet corporate medicine overhead is 75% meaning the MD gets 25% of what insurance pays them. Everyone you mentioned gets paid hourly unless they are company owners. I own my practice. I keep 75%.

I’m ALL for cleaning up garbage in Washington DC. I think it’s great. We are paying on average $530 per day for each National Guardsman in Washington DC. This works out to about $66 per working hour to clean up trash. You could have it done for free with prisoners. Donald

Easier to fix with expansion of HSAs and Free Market Medical Care with Catastrophic only Insurance. We don’t buy Food this way. We would have riots. We have a Medical Care Shortage. The Free Market would fix this. It makes everything better, faster and cheaper. We can no longer.

In 2000 I had $110,000 in just Medical School debt. Since pay is so poor, less than minimum wage some weeks, in Residency you can’t pay loans until you graduate. Interest accrued. Start paying in 2003. Payment starts at $1,100/mo in 2003. That’s $1,931.27 in 2025 $. Refinanced.

The US does prioritize healthcare over war. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has a bigger budget than the department of defense. It has a bigger budget than the departments of defense, homeland security, state, agriculture, energy and education combined.
