Americans are struggling to afford food and healthcare. Instead of helping, Trump is fantasizing about throwing his political opponents in jail. It's an authoritarian distraction from his failed leadership.

You shouldn’t be burdened with financial uncertainty just because you got sick.  While the Trump administration is causing chaos and making health care unaffordable for working families, in Illinois, we are working to ease the financial burden for the most vulnerable.

These are symbols of mass murder and racial terror. The Trump Administration must reverse this immediately. You do not sanitize evil. You confront it.

I helped build a Holocaust museum so future generations would understand the horror of the swastika — not watch our own government rebrand it, the noose, and the Confederate flag as merely "potentially divisive".

Just to be clear: the President is calling for members of Congress to be put to death.
