i have been building ai agents for the last 9 months so that i can eat 4 meals a day(i was underweight). if you are starting out, here are the 3 pillars and 1 underlying principle controlling it all in ai agents:

if you are a coder, this isn’t for you. you see everyone around you building apps and think to yourself what if i could also do that. i have this idea- this idea which could be the next @calai_app but what’s next? how do you actually convert your idea to a working product?

this is like saying all the apps on apple app store are worthless and apple is gonna make them all
"You can break AI down into 5 tiers." - George Hotz "Data centers - tier 1, fabs - tier 2, Nvidia/AMD - tier 3, OpenAI/Anthropic - tier 4, and completely worthless things like Cursor and Windsurf, which are tier 5." "OpenAI and Anthropic will eat all the value from the Cursors

if you are saying people with no coding experience can’t build simple apps with databases, auth, frontend, backend in 2025: you are lying to make yourself feel better about yourself

i don’t think money can inherently buy happiness but there are a lot of things you can do w it that will make ur life much more prone to happiness: gifting your friends, sponsoring an expensive abroad trip for your parents, just giving in general without expecting anything back

the other 3 skills: - perseverance: iterate, iterate and iterate. there are no shortcuts, you are not going to get the app up and running in the first attempt. do not aim for that. - curiosity: be curious about how pieces work together. what failure would lead to what
