Autumn is now live on us-east 🚀 Previously, all requests were hitting our us-west DB. Now, we're reading and writing from multiple Redis caches: so both checking access and tracking usage are significantly faster ⚡ More regions on the way soon 🫶

@Rasmic @Mattslayga @waynesutton @convex @theo @autumnpricing I agree. Now that I’ve tried Autumn, I can’t see myself picking up a new project with Stripe for many reasons. The Convex component is not their main competitive advantage. But it’s a smart piece of code, people who understand Convex’s benefits are more likely to love Autumn too

We’re delighted to welcome @getmetronome to Stripe! Metered pricing is the native business model for the AI era. As far as we can tell, the associated shift in how businesses generate revenue will be as big as the advent of SaaS. (It may even turn out to be considerably bigger.)
