We just updated our preprint, reporting a novel single-objective #lightsheet design that is capable of imaging large samples, with a large imaging volume, uncompromized image resolution and speed, and multi-view imaging. (1/9).

In the process of developing uPTI, we create a package ( to simulate the vectorial light scattering effects and learn from past label-free developments. Some examples of simulations are included in the repo, feel free to give them a quick try!.

Here is the highlight of what uPTI enables. We perform multi-scale imaging on the right corpus callosum of an adult mouse brain section. This allows us to examine its overall morphology (with channels of density and 3D anisotropy) from cm to sub-um spatial scale
