Just noticed this in the rules for the Reform Party Board election!. "In the event of a tie, the result will be decided by a coin toss.".
"It would be on the basis that the petition cannot proceed because, unfortunately, from the petitioner's point of view, it is out of time and the time cannot be extended,". Reform can't even get their whining about not winning in on time!.
