Hip contact force was predicted with ~13% error. Importantly, the NN detected changes in hip contact force that occur in response to gait modification.

Our latest paper in @OACJournal led by @BradleyCornish3 showed neural networks can predict changes in hip contact force during gait modification in people with OA. This is exciting bc it can facilitate novel out-of-lab interventions for OA management!
