Our Nathan campus will be home to a new @PsiQuantum test & validation lab, set to open in early 2025. The lab puts us on the quantum map and will ensure hardware meets the high-performance needs to operate the new quantum computer. @Griffith_SciEnv

Your regular reminder that it's a myth sharks have to swim to breathe. These white tip reef sharks love to chill under overhangs for hours on end, and you can find many around Heron Island doing just that. @Griffith_SciEnv @Griffith_Uni @HIRS_UQ

The Great Barrier Reef is a dichotomy: on one hand, still beautiful and filled with amazing creatures, but climate change is killing huge swathes of coral not obvious to most but very clear to scientists (as in this picture). We need climate action now @HIRS_UQ @Griffith_SciEnv
