Like for many others @stockpile customer 'service' is the pits - I've gotten email responses that are unhelpful at best & have sent me in circles trying to resolve my issue. Is anyone there????
@stockpile - I don’t know how to get assistance from your company. No one ever responds to my queries and no one will provide a phone number so I can actually talk to a human. Terrible company with horrific customer service. #AMC #APE #stocks

Educators have been told, "Direction Instruction is remedial and oppressive." This reputational stink repulses many well-meaning people. Contrast that to the chicken-soup level familiarity of Balanced Literacy which affirms their learning bias. Bridging that gap is the work.
