Building Owners, Important Reminder! . The deadline to apply for an extension for your first Local Law 97 compliance report is ONE WEEK AWAY!. Building owners have until Aug 29 to file for an extension, which gives them until Dec 31 to file their LL97 compliance report.

We've already removed near 400 long-standing sheds through this program and are looking forward to pumping up those numbers!. #GetShedsDown.

We're going after the oldest sidewalk sheds in the city as a part of Get Sheds Down 😤. Previously, any shed in NYC that had been up for 5 years was classified as a long-standing shed, we've now lowered the threshold to 3 years.
