Campbeltown is much closer to Belfast than to Edinburgh. Dumfries is much closer to Carlisle than to Edinburgh, and it’s closer to London than Lerwick is to Edinburgh. What’s the rationale for any of these places being governed by the Scottish Parliament? Devolve and dissolve.
