She's not alone in that. Theresa May did it. Boris Johnson did it. and Keir Starmer did it. But Nicola Sturgeon was worse. She went on attack mode to destroy those who disagreed.

It's clear that Sturgeon does not believe trans women are women. She never has and she never will. She was after the votes of a key demographic, and she thought these policies were the best way to get them. And she'll lie through her teeth if lying suits her purpose.

Can you imagine?. "Sorry, gay prisoner convicted of sexual assault, we're taking away your right of spousal visits. We do ghat for gays convicted of sexual assault. That's part of the price you pay for the crime. Heteros? No! Don't be so silly!".

Not even if that criminal record includes sexual violence. Crimknal justice needs to treat everyone the same. We don't take away the peotected charactetistic rights of gay people, black people, Jewish people or female people when they commit serious crimes.

To say that the thinking here is muddled is an understatement. Gender Identity cannot be so fundamentally profound in a person that it provides access to a women's rape crisis job for men and yet simultaneously so trivial it can be unrecognised upon acquiring a criminal record.
