Congrats for the beautiful imaging study. Many parallels to observations in migrating glioma and cerebellar granule cells lacking Plexin-B2.
Cell migration is critical for normal development, tissue homeostasis and also drives cancer metastasis. Maik and his team have identified new underlying mechanisms by which cell-cell signaling adjust behavior on the epithelial-mesenchymal axis and facilitates migration!.
