NO DEAL. Give up your guns, give up your friends, and give up your right to local self-government - and we’ll give you peace. That was the so-called "offer" from Gen. Clinton rejected by the patriots of North Carolina in 1776.
@michaelboldin
When it comes to the Constitution - Donald Trump was a terrible president.
So is Joe Biden.
And so was Barack Obama, and GW Bush - and every president you've been alive for.
WE LIVE UNDER THE LARGEST GOVERNMENT IN HISTORY, PEOPLE. They all suck.
Pretty interesting bill in New Hampshire - HB1156:
"The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization shall have no jurisdiction in New Hampshire."

"Voting the bums out" was never the proper strategy for dealing with a federal government that doesn't stay within the bounds of the Constitution.
And it never will be.
Resist. Refuse to comply. Nullify.
A bill introduced in the Ohio House would explicitly exclude a central bank digital currency (CBDC) from the definition of money in Ohio, effectively banning its use as such in the state.
@mmaharrey10th
If you only oppose federal power when it's wielded by one political team against your political team, you shouldn't be surprised when you live under the largest government in history.
PSA - on the TSA: Despite all the signs you may have seen in airports, you will NOT be required to use the unconstitutional "REAL ID" to get on a plane starting in 2023.
Opt out, and help nullify it into oblivion.
Bonus: Under the Constitution, the TSA shouldn't exist.
As Thomas Jefferson told us, “vote them out” is supposed to be used when you don’t like the policies of the government, but it is still within the bounds of the constitution.
Whether it’s warrantless surveillance, or pretty much anything else, that is not situation we are in…

This might come as a shock - but please don't be alarmed.
Most federal acts, laws, rules, regulations and orders on the books today are not authorized by the constitution.
And that's a huge understatement.
We love covering the anti-federalists, glad to see some mention of them!
They were right on some big things -
Like when Patrick Henry warned that "your president may easily become king" - and that the feds would exercise "ten thousand implied powers."
Brutus nailed it,…
We've seen some retired military members of not-insignificant rank calling for more restrictions - or even outright bans - on your natural right to keep and bear arms.
This is a good reminder that the Founders repeatedly warned us about the dangers of a permanent standing army
Asking the federal government to stop doing things it shouldn't have been doing in the first place - is a terrible strategy for liberty - or anything you believe in.
It's up to the people and the states to resist, refuse to comply. And nullify.
Brig. Gen John Conley of the Arizona national guard tells the press today that if Defend the Guard passes - and Arizona insists that the federal government follow the constitution on war powers before releasing the Guard for "active duty combat" - the feds will decimate the…
Convincing a federal judge that a federal program is unconstitutional and shouldn't have been enforced all along - isn't a state of freedom.
It's a population on its knees, begging for scraps.
Very few "liberty movement" organizations ever engage with us here at TAC, and they almost never have. Is it that we're not doing a good job promoting liberty? They mostly ignore us, what gives?
To everyone else - we really appreciate you being a part of this journey with us!
Saw a really dumb proposal to "protect" the right to keep and bear arms today. That is, an Article V convention to pass an amendment that would ban "the government" from "making or enforcing gun/weapons laws without a 3/4 vote of approval from legal American citizens"
So, in…
There is no silver bullet to take down the empire - it will take tireless fortitude and perseverance, because, as Thomas Jefferson explained, it takes time to persuade the people “to do even what is for their own good.”
Defend the Guard passed the New Hampshire House by a vote of 187-182.
Should it get signed as law, the Free State will be first to take such a strong step against unconstitutional wars since 1812 - where CT, MA, RI all refused to comply with federal requisitions of their troops
Just throwing it out there - 90% of Americans are terrible on the Constitution and liberty.
Or we wouldn't live under the largest government in history.
"If Congress fails to shield the States from dangers so palpable and so imminent, the States must shield themselves, and meet the invader foot to foot."
-Thomas Jefferson (19 Jan 1821)
FACT: Going to the federal government to get the federal government to stop the federal government from exercising powers never delegated to the federal government is a really, really, really, really, really…bad strategy.
To the Governor: By a vote of 116-1, the
#Florida
House gave final approval to a bill that would ban the use of a central bank digital currency
#CBDC
as money in the state. It previously passed the Senate by a vote of 34-5.

@mmaharrey10th
The new
@JoeBiden
budget more than doubles a "grant" program to expand federal funding for local police - further nationalizing them in practice and effect.
@mmaharrey10th
Asking - or even demanding - federal politicians or federal judges to limit federal power isn't a state of freedom. It's a population on its knees, begging for permission.
If you truly believe that the problem with the biggest government in history is that the wrong people are running it - you might be part of the problem we all face today.
States don't need a reason to stop helping with federal enforcement.
They don't need to call a federal gun control measure, or marijuana prohibition "unconstitutional."
They can opt out and let the feds try it on their own for any reason at all. Or none.
The ATF, DEA, IRS, NSA - and many others - are rogue entities that show no respect for the Constitution - or your liberty.
Yet, we're told that we should be fearful of a threat from China. And TikTok.
They're trying to scam you. Again.
Under the Constitution, the only thing the ATF is authorized to do is - disband.
Cheering it as a weapon against one's political opponents will only come back to the people in far worse ways in the future.
The "Patriot act" was "just for the terrorists."
Only "2 weeks to slow the spread"
"This is only going to keep you safe from the CCP"
All lies from the statist pigs that support the largest government in history.
"The right and the physical power of the people to resist injustice, are really the only securities that any people ever can have for their liberties. Practically no government knows any limit to its power but the endurance of the people"
-Lysander Spooner
Ultimately, government is whatever the people in power can get away with and whatever the people they govern will tolerate.
This holds true for all governments whether they be republics, democracies, dictatorships, monarchies, socialist, or communist.
Noncompliance is key.
You don't catch flack unless you're over the target:
"There has been a movement driven by the Tenth Amendment Center to find a way to force War Powers back to the Congressional Declaration of War. This building movement must be strongly countered"
-North Dakota Adjutant General
We don't just oppose "this administration" or "THE DEMOCRATS" - we stand for the constitution no matter which team is in charge.
When you live under the largest government in history - the first step to liberty is to acknowledge that there are no good guys running the empire
Every spending bill Congress passes is actually a tax bill.
The money spent comes from:
taxes
(deducted from your earnings),
printing money
(devaluing your savings & wages),
borrowing
(taken from you later)
The government always takes as much as it spends.
It’s not magic.
