New - Just asked Speaker Johnson if he can guarantee a vote on an ACA bill if it passes the Senate. He said there would be a โdeliberative processโ and they would seek to build โconsensus.โ Ds cut a deal to reopen govt and got assurances for Senate vote. No guarantee in House.
