Interesting Title IX development: Pacific Legal Foundation just filed a petition asking DOE to repeal the 1979 Title IX athletics guidance—arguing “substantial proportionality” has morphed into a quota system that drives cuts to men’s teams & conflicts with IX and Constitution.

Not a loud storyline from this weekend, but an awesome & rare one: @PackWrestle's Isaac Trumble, who was undefeated on the year, and shut out #1 Yonger Bastida in the Finals to win his NCAA title, will be commissioned in the Army in May. Having been a member of NC State's ROTC

The seven NCAA trophies sit securely in Kindler’s state-of-the-art @OU_WGymnastics facility on the Norman campus. One can only wonder how the trophies would have looked in Ames, Iowa. @forbes #IowaState #Cyclones #NCAAGym @CycloneGYM

Now @SecKennedy has a different take on Trump's new order to RAMP glyphosate production: “Donald Trump’s executive order puts America first where it matters most — our defense readiness 🚨 and our food supply. 🚨" VIa @HirokoTabuchi & @SherylNYT 🎁 https://t.co/bu9f27Hj8Q

The herbicide Glyphosate is one of the likely culprits in America’s chronic disease epidemic. Much more widely used here than in Europe. Shockingly, much of our exposure comes from its use as a desiccant on wheat, not as an herbicide. From there it goes straight into our bodies.

"A middle finger to every MAHA mom." Trump has ordered the government to ramp up production of the weedkiller glyphosate, citing national defense. MAHA is furious. Kennedy, in an awkward spot, issued a statement backing POTUS w/ @HirokoTabuchi https://t.co/pbWTxaNais
