Jeffrey Holland was the LDS Church's greatest literary mind and orator... an expert in communicating with the every man. Both tender and full of fire in his prime. He had the unexplainable "it" factor that Hinckley had. Although I have strayed far, I am so sad that he is gone.

@elonmusk Weird. If you feel the public school system of Texas is so bad, who is at fault? Who has been leading on passing the laws and rules that outline what the schools must do? Educators have repeatedly asked for more autonomy - like your preferred private options - and been denied.

BYU lost twice to the #4 team in the country. Texas Tech is a GREAT team. BYU should still be in the College Football Playoff at 11-2 with the 2 best losses of any team in the country. 11 win teams shouldn’t be punished for the result of the Conference Championship game. Period.

What a college football season for me! Tarleton State is Top 5 in FCS. Texas Tech is atop the Big 12 & BYU should be top 10 team. Despite the fun of watching them all on a national level, college football is still feels broken by power brokers who want total SEC/Big10 dominance.
