I asked my producers not to make any clips from the dad grief portion but enough people reached out about this part I changed my mind. Jim Nantz on what Arnold Palmer told him about his dad is one of the most impactful things I’ve ever heard. A lot of people need to hear this.

I kept an interview with Jim Nantz on the books after my dad’s passing this week because my dad would want me to keep going. Once we stared I found out Jim had done a ton of research into the man my father was and we spent a remarkable episode talking about dads. Link below.

This story on WaPo's shutdown poll is a clinic in how to present polling data in an accessible way. Look at that headline—couldn't be simpler, but it's a perfect way to describe a poll! https://t.co/Gdzsfv95L9

I’d argue that the nominations of Spanberger in VA and Sherrill of NJ for Governor are far more indicative of the future direction of the Democratic Party than Mamdani’s win in NYC. Discuss.

WaPo: Credit scores are plunging for millions now that the Trump admin has resumed collection on defaulted student-loan payments. Countless borrowers are suddenly being rejected for car and housing loans. "This is the start of something big and we need to be paying attention."

In this incredibly close presidential election, small changes at the margins could mean the difference between victory and defeat. The Post is tracking in real-time how each of the nation’s 3,000-plus counties shifts from its 2020 vote totals.
