When you are 70 1/2 with mandatory withdrawals from IRA’s it’s a shock. Makes one reconsider how wise it is to invest in IRA’s. Roth will save heartache in the long run if you can afford to pay taxes before you retire. If there’s a better way to do this, I’d love to know.
