Delighted. $$ fines levied for misleading claims of "recyclable" Keurig pods + class action suit. Accountability for producers AND consumers is needed. SO obviously wasteful, yet "convenience" of stale pre-ground marinated in plastic somehow still won mainstream market share..!?

The facts are clear. Ontario’s policies are not. Keep contacting your MPP and the Premier’s Office: -prioritize vaccines for essential workers & other high risk populations -paid sick leave -redefine essential to cover what is truly essential
Science Advisory Table statement: Ontario is now facing the most challenging health crisis of our time. If we want to bring #COVID19Ontario under control, protect our health system and reopen as quickly as possible, this is the way forward:

GoC peeps - anyone used https://t.co/WPHOcTWROP (or similar?) as alternative to massive instruction manuals? I've suggested experimenting with this for complex internal processes, but would love some suggestions/experience from others on these kinds of things.... @CDS_GC @ToferC

#YOW peeps - great news to improve walk-ability during #COVID19...Queen Elizabeth Drive, stretches of Bank street, and hopefully more to come!
cbc.ca
After weeks of lobbying, and examples set in Montreal and other cities, officials are moving to 'pedestrianize' some of Ottawa's streets.
We’re currently developing a plan to close parts of Queen Elizabeth Dr. to motor vehicle traffic to allow greater physical distancing for local residents. We're working with stakeholders & partners to ensure coordination. Details to follow. https://t.co/PP7c9R94jr | #ottnews
