@DrJMarine @inacc @NicoleLohrMD @himavidula @MedChiupdates Here’s an idea. Treat your physicians well so they don’t want to leave. These noncompetes have boxed out doctors from being able to prioritize their patients. It’s a form of blackmail honestly that also perpetuates poor working conditions and burnout which hurts patients.
