Honest to god… Plumbers came to fix a leaking tap, and the result? A flooded floor!!! Maybe check you didn’t dislodge anything BEFORE you leave. And a fantastic piece of bodgery to boot. 2nd major issue with @HomeServeUK . At least this one didn’t involve a toddler 🤬

@DHSCgovuk, how can you go to sleep tonight knowing you are leaving a wife with the thought she might not see her husband alive again? We have emailed and called multiple times. We got the backing of doctors as he doesn't have much time left. Make it happen please!!!

@DailyMirror, this is pathetic. @DHSCgovuk is leaving a wife in a hotel not knowing if she will see her husband alive again. They are ignoring all email and calls, even ones made from MPs. They say you can apply for an examption and yet they deny us and answer. How is this fair?
